I'm so saddened at all the bad reviews here. No one at Taylor has ever been rude to me and I've always been pleased with flower purchases and those received via Taylor. The only downside I've ever had is the parking.

I order flowers every year for my mom. She lives in Billerica, I am out of state. Always beautiful. My mom just sent me the pic of todays flowers. Just gorgeous!

I called at the last minute. They were great. I called other florists that were in my area and no one would/could help me. But Taylor did. And they were beautiful. So thank you. And let's be honest there will always be some negative comments but to me they were top notch. Thank you....They will get all my business now.

I ordered flowers for a wake and funeral service this week. Taylor Florist delivered them same day and in my opinion were the most beautiful ones there. They listened to what I asked for and delivered big time!!! Thank you for such a beautiful arangement!!!

Ordered a bouquet for my friend’s mother’s birthday to be delivered. Online ordering was made easy. I selected the flowers and input delivery information. Flowers were beautiful! My only note is I wish there was a way to confirm delivery drop off was completed. Otherwise great local business!

Taylor Florist delivered the most beautifully arranged, fresh flowers to my home today!! I am absolutely so impressed especially where it was ordered through a third party from a person out of state. I ordered a bouquet remotely, sight unseen, to celebrate my friend’s newborn — and it turned out to be such a beautiful surprise! The flowers were stunning, and my friend absolutely loved them. Exceeded all expectations!
